It’s the third time this year. The third computer giant to recall it’s laptops due to battery related problems is Japan based Toshiba. No marks guessing who the battery manufacturer is. YES, it is SONY. After the previous recalls of Sony’s batteries, Toshiba has been complaining of battery related problems too.
However, the problems aren’t related to those recalled by Dell and Apple. Instead of blowing up in the laptops or overheat the machine, Sony’s battery in Toshiba suddenly loses power very quickly. Most of the affected Toshiba machines are their Dynabooks and Sattelite series notebooks. That’s a total estimation of 340,000 notebooks from America, Japan and the rest of the world.
